2012 Local Government Research Showcase and Forum

12 July 2012, Edith Cowan University, Mt Lawley Campus, Perth

ACELG, in partnership with Edith Cowan University, held a free forum on current local government research on Thursday 12th July 2012. Attended by over 50 people from local councils, universities, WA government departments and consultancies, the forum showcased recent research prepared by ACLEG as well as by Western Australian researchers. These presentations and a session on the role of practitioners in producing research, led to lively discussions and new ideas on the future of local government research.
