Theresa joined UTS Centre for Local Government in April 2014. She provides administrative support and assistance across all branches of the centre.

Before joining CLG, Theresa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University in the United States. She completed the final year of her degree through an exchange program with Macquarie University. While studying at Macquarie, Theresa gained experience in the research and learning sector as a research assistant for Macquarie's Department of Psychology. As a research assistant, Theresa provided research and administrative support to different studies investigating various topics relevant to Psychology. Her study interests include mental health, human rights, contemporary culture and critical theory.
